Picking Up Where I Left Off

So, if you look at the date that I began this blog you’ll see that I did not do much in five years. It’s been a very hard period in my life, and I have only recently lost 22 pounds. I still have 105 to go. That’s my goal. I am making very slow changes. I walk, now, every day, and take public transportation every single day. I am drinking smoothies almost every day, and I, too, cheated on my diet almost every single day, and then I would feel terrible. It was an endless cycle. Recently, though, I’ve changed a few things. I’ve stopped cheating. I, too, have allowed myself to eat between 1000 to 1500 calories a day, and because I’ve lost some weight, even the small amount I’ve lost, I don’t feel like cheating so much.
